The artists presented at AAF have had many years of creative experience together.
In addition to the cooperation at the Academy of Fine Arts, graphic designer, book illustrator, and animator Zack Demirtshyan, along with sculptors Ashot Gorgyan and Sargis Babayan have common approaches in the field of art: both in concept and content.
All three are part of urban life. Representing the modern tech lifestyle they are consistently pursuing problems in the field of art related to humans and living creatures, nature, their connection and rupture, unity, or eternal collision. Each of them uses various experimental materials, means of expression, and pictorial or volumetric languages.
In Zack Demirtshyan’s case, the field of study includes both the study of different historical stages of art and the application of various linguistic ideas in modern iconography. His works vary from illustrations for pieces of literature to videos of certain urban or industrial environments, and animated interventions in musical performances.
Sargis Babayan’s sculptural manuscript is connected to the roots of historical traditions. With deep conviction he always seeks out the various plastic languages in history and seeks to create generalizing, summarizing volumes in his art. It is based on the human-animal figure as a starting point.
Oriented by the archaic traces, Ashot Gorgyan combines them with modern experimental thoughts, as well as with material and technical means. As a result, he puts into action the same artistic materials in different sizes by means of performance and technical implementation. The expressive language is the human being through the depiction of various animal figures, stamping, or metal decay.
The content of the pavilion exposition will be the presentation of common problems uniting the three artists. At the same time, everyone should present their personal handwriting and what they want to say in their collective environment. Graphic papers in the center should be enriched on both sides with small, medium and large volumes, presented both as a unique work and as a sculpture created from the author quests.
I suppose the collective presentation of the works of these three interesting and unique artists in one pavilion will complement the rich and multi-layered mosaic of the exhibition.

Statement/ Description of the proposed show
ՀԱՄՓ-ին ներկայացված արվեստագետները միմյանց հետ երկարատև տարիների ստեղծագործական ճանապարհի փորձառություն են անցել:

Գրաֆիկ, գրքերի ձևավորող և անիմատոր Զաքար Դեմիրճյանը, քանդակագործներ Աշոտ Գևորգյանն ու Սարգիս Բաբայանը բացի գեղարվեստի ակադեմիայում ունեցած ուսումնական տարիների, արվեստի ասպարեզում ունեն որոշակի ընդհանուր մոտեցումներ թե ասելիքի առումով, թե բովանդակային տեսանկյունից:

Երեքն էլ մաս կազմելով քաղաքային կենցաղին, լինելով ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիական աշխարհի կենսակերպի մասնիկ հետևողականորեն արվեստի դաշտում պրպտում ենխնդիրներ` առնչվող մարդ-կենդանի արարածների և բնության, դրանց կապին, խզմանը, միասնությանը կամ հավերժական բախմանը: Յուրաքանյուրը կիրառում է տարբեր փորձարարական նյութեր և արտահայտչամիջոցներ, պատկերային կամ ծավալային լեզուներ:

Զաքար Դեմիրճյանի պարագայում ուսումնասիրման ոլորտը ընդգրկում է թե արվեստի տարբեր պատմական փուլերի ուսումնասիրում, և թե արդի պատկերագրության մեջ կիրառվող զանազան լեզվամտածողությունների կիրառում: Սկսած տարաբովանդակ գրական երկերի նկարազարդումից մինչև որոշակի քաղաքային կամ արդյունաբերական միջավայրի տեսապատումներ և երաժտական կատարումների անիմացիոն միջամտություններ:

Սարգիս Բաբայանի քանդակագործական ձեռագիրը շաղկապված է դարավոր ավանդույթի ակունքիներին: Նա հետևողականորեն և խորին համոզմունքով պրպտում է պատմության մեջ առկա պլաստիկական լեզուների տարատեսակները և ձգտում է իր արվեստում ստեղծել ընդհանրացնող և ամփոփող ծավալաձևեր: Հիմքում ընկած է մարդկային և կենդանական ֆիգուրը որպես ելակետ:

Աշոտ Գևորգյանը կողմնորոշվելով արխաիկ, նաև նախնադարյան արվեստների թողած հետքերով զուգորդում է դրանք մերօրյա փորձարարական մտքին, նյութական և տեխնիկական միջոցներին: Որպես արդյունք հանգում է միևնույն գեղարվեստական նյութը զանազան չափսով, կատարման ձևերով և տեխնիկական իրագործումով իրականացնելուն: Արտահայտչալեզուն ևս մարդն է, զանազան կենդանական ձևերը պատկերված դրվագման, դրոշմի կամ մետաղական քայքայումի միջոցով:

Տաղավարի էքսպոզիցիան բովանդակային առումով լինելու է երեք արվեստագետներին միավորող ընդհանուր խնդիրների ներկայացումը: Միաժամանակ յուրաքանչյուրը պիտի ներկայանա սեփական անհատական ձեռագիրն ու ասելիքը հավաքական միջավայրում հնչեցնելու միտումով: Գրաֆիկական թերթերը կենտրոնում երկու կողմերից պիտի հարստանան մանր, միջին և մեծ ծավալներով, ներկայացված թե որպես եզակի աշխատանք, թե որպես հեղինակի պրպտումներից գոյացած քանդակաշար:

Ենթադրում եմ այս երեք հետաքրքիր ու եզակի արվեստագետների աշխատանքների միացյալ ներկայացումը մեկ ընդհանուր տաղավարում կլրացնի ցուցադրության հարուստ ու բազմաշերտ խճանկարը:
